To ensure a successful return or exchange, garments must be returned to our studio in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free from make-up, perfume, or scent marks
  • Complete with all original tags and packaging intact

How to Initiate Your Return

  1. Email our client care team at support@safabtq.com.au with your order number.
  2. We will provide your return authorization and drop-off instructions.
  3. Lodge your package at any Australia Post location.
