The Conditions
To ensure a successful return or exchange, garments must be returned to our studio in their original, pristine condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free from make-up, perfume, or scent marks
- Complete with all original tags and packaging intact
How to Initiate Your Return

- We will provide your return authorization and drop-off instructions.
- Lodge your package at any Australia Post location.
